Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • Gift Cards

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Fill Out the Return Form

Complete the return form and include it inside your return package.

Step 2: Pack Your Items

Pack up the item(s) you wish to return.
You may use any box, including the package your order originally arrived in.

Step 3: Purchase Postage & Mail Your Return

Send your package with the completed return form to:

Please make sure to keep your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Step 4: Return Confirmation

Once your return arrives, please allow a few weeks for it to be received and processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take up to 10 business days before the refund posts)
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at:

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
